About
My healing journey started in my early twenties when life felt like a constant battle, no matter what I tried. I left France to make a life in Ireland and discover myself. The truth is that I thought I was running away from an uncomfortable situation, when the reality was that I was running away from myself. I then move to the UK, repeating the same pattern again of running away while still struggling to communicate, connect, and find balance. I dove into my career, unconsciously hoping that professional success would get me the acceptance, belonging, and recognition I was craving. In fact, it only made the cycle in which I was stuck more apparent. No matter how hard I worked, how hard I tried, I never felt recognised or seen.
Through a passion for books, and thanks to a few serendipitous meetings with coaches and (now) friends who were further along on the journey, I identified a deep abandonment wound and started tackling it, one aspect at a time. I grew, changed, and in time realised that I was repeating the same patterns over and over again. The circumstances might be different, yet I was playing Whac-A-Mole with old programmes.
I learnt to be a coach, and while coaching is very effective, it wasn't until I was introduced to Holographic Kinetics that I really understood what was happening: the work I was doing was clearing issues in this life, at this particular time, yet it failed to access the real root cause of each of those issues; either in this life, in a past life, or down my genetic line. Through Holographic Kinetics, I was able to access the root cause of my issues, release the past energy associated with those issues, and clear the repeating patterns from my life. I then trained as a practitioner to share this gift with others who are on the path to living a more fulfilling life.
